Offers long-term support and guidance to families who are gradually shifting from government assistance to self-sufficiency. Services include budget counseling and transition support to residents.

Provides counseling to children, adolescents, and adults who need help coping with issues of daily living, marital issues, bereavement, work, or tragic situations. Also offers therapy for those individuals and their families struggling with specific learning or behavioral disorders.

Services are designed to meet the needs and interests of older adults. Programs and services may include AARP, Job Search Techniques for Seniors, Tax Assistance, and Blood Pressure Screenings.

Provides employment and training services including job counseling, testing and assessment, resume preparation assistance, interview training and other pre-job guidance services, job matching and referral, labor market and career information; information on financial aid for education and training.

Provides short, non-credit programs focused on helping unemployed, underemployed, and career changing individuals enter manufacturing careers (Welding, CNC/Machining, Industrial Maintenance Technician, BAS, HVAC etc.). Students who enter the programs do not need a high school diploma and the course fees are often entirely or partially covered by grants, scholarships and other funding sources. JCC Career Services will also support these students in their efforts to find a job. At the end of several programs, a workshop is held that leads students through resume building and interview skills. Workforce Development invites local manufacturing companies to interview students on campus at the end of some of the programs (welding, machining and industrial maintenance). Students have access to JCC Career Services for a year after the completion of their program.

Job training program for ages 18-24 with past or present criminal justice involvement.

* Helps adults (18+) who have been in jail, prison, or detention. They offer different services and support to assist individuals in getting back on their feet. This includes: Case managers who can help with training, finding jobs, housing, transportation, support groups, mentoring, recreational activities, and personal needs products Assistance with civil legal matters, obtaining birth certificates, Social Security cards, NY photo IDs, and driver's licenses Collaboration with partner agencies that can also provide services

Enrolls qualified job seekers in part-time, paid training positions at public agencies or 501(c)3 non-profit organizations in their local communities.Offers a "stepping stone" back into the workforce. It is a transitional program; positions are not intended to be permanent, and all assignments are temporary.
