It is a transitional program; positions are not intended to be permanent, and all assignments are temporary.

This includes: Case managers who can help with training, finding jobs, housing, transportation, support groups, mentoring, recreational activities, and personal needs products Assistance with civil legal matters, obtaining birth certificates, Social Security cards, NY photo IDs, and driver's licenses Collaboration with partner agencies that can also provide services

Provides mental health counseling to individuals ages 5 years and older. Offers individual, couple, and family therapies.

Provides counseling to children, adolescents, and adults who need help coping with issues of daily living, marital issues, bereavement, work, or tragic situations. Also offers therapy for those individuals and their families struggling with specific learning or behavioral disorders.

Job training program for ages 18-24 with past or present criminal justice involvement.

JCC Career Services will also support these students in their efforts to find a job. At the end of several programs, a workshop is held that leads students through resume building and interview skills. Workforce Development invites local manufacturing companies to interview students on campus at the end of some of the programs (welding, machining and industrial maintenance). Students have access to JCC Career Services for a year after the completion of their program.
