Offers behavioral health services to primary care patients, including counseling, psychiatric assessments, and medication, as well as medication-assisted treatment for substance use disorders, including opioid treatment programs. * Provides primary healthcare and wellness services for youth and young adults ages 12-25: Diagnosis, treatment, and follow up for acute and chronic illnesses and injuries. Physical exams for work, sports or school. Laboratory tests and Immunizations. Counseling for personal concerns. Routine gynecologic care. Family planning, preventing pregnancy, and birth control, including emergency contraception. Sexually transmitted disease testing and treatment. Pregnancy testing, options counseling, and referrals as needed. Individual and group health education and contraceptive counseling.

* Provides community internal medicine/pediatrics medical practice.* Offers referrals for hospitalization. Adults sent to Highland Hospital. Children sent to Golisano Children's Hospital at Strong Memorial Hospital.* Provides social work assistance for treatment planning and payment arrangements.

The Food Allergy Center is a comprehensive center for children with food allergies. Skin and CAP RAST testing, along with double blind, placebo controlled food challenges, are performed to identify allergy triggers. The staff provides counseling, educational materials and support to patients and families.

Provides comprehensive medical care for pediatric patients suffering from blood disorders and childhood cancers. Offers a Children's Cancer Center, Brain and Spinal Tumor Center, Bone Marrow Transplant Program, Hemophilia Treatment Center, Sickle Cell Program, Pediatric Thalassemia, and a Fellowship Training Program.

Services focus on children who may have a developmental disability or a neurologic problem. We are available to see children to help clarify developmental concerns. Referrals come from primary care providers, therapists, parents, schools and Early Intervention. Our specialists have extensive experience and know resources in our region. The reason for referral may be one of body control, learning, language or socialization. We also see children who may have a genetic problem or a possible birth defect.
