Offers complete primary medical and dental care for entire family. Telehealth visits are now available in addition to face-to-face visits. Services include health maintenance, rapid HIV test (15 minutes), tuberculosis testing (by appointment), COVID-19 testing, complete lab services, on-site pharmacy, GYN services, social work services, short-term counseling, pediatrics, full dental care, rapid lead testing for children, personalized education for chronic illnesses, and smoking cessation. Family Planning Benefits Program is a direct Medicaid public health insurance program for individuals and families who need family planning services, with no premiums or co-pays for services.
