Operates a 148-bed skilled nursing facility which includes a sub-acute Rehabilitation Unit. The Rehabilitation Program includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech and swallowing therapy. Advanced clinical services include intravenous (IV) medication and feedings, respiratory care, post-stroke and post-surgical rehabilitation, dementia care (as part of the Bridges Program), Hospice Care, Pain Management, and advanced wound management programs. Services those in need of short stay and rehabilitation services. Participates with the Chautauqua County Hospice for residents in need of palliative care. A full time Lutheran chaplain is available to all residents, although spiritual care for all residents is promoted and facilitated through their preferred tradition.
