Provides treatment for chronic wounds which may be caused by diabetes or other chronic problem.

A specialized acute care hospital providing emergency care, crisis, medical, surgical, obstetrical/gynecological, an Area Level II Trauma Center, comprehensive cancer treatment services, and a cardiovascular program with open heart surgery, cardiac catheterization laboratory, emergency angioplasty, electrophysiology studies, and a pacemaker clinic. Good Samaritan offers a Wound Care Center, maternal/child services, a Children's Diagnostic Center, social, psychiatric and substance abuse services, certified Home Care services, and the Frank and Fannie Weiss Renal Center with kidney dialysis services.

Provides a sub-acute and/or long-term health facility.

Provides treatment for those with chronic wounds, which are commonly caused by diabetes or circulatory problems. Hyperbaric medicine provides additional treatment where conventional wound care has resulted in only marginal improvement.

Provides inpatient nursing care for individuals who require continuous care due to age, illness, injury, disability or post hospitalization, including specialized care for chemotherapy, pain management, ostomy care and wound care. Also available is hospice care for those who are dying or at end-stage of an illness.

Provides specific medical care and support for those dealing with severe and/or chronic wounds.

Skilled nursing facility of 102 beds providing long term care, occupational, physical and speech therapy, sub-acute care, wound care and short-term rehabilitation.

Employs multidisciplinary approach to diagnose and treat all forms of vascular disease. Offers assignment to personal vascular surgeon to assist patient in selection of appropriate treatment plan. Performs sophisticated imaging procedures for diagnosis/treatment. Offers full complement of cardiology, anesthesiology, critical care and wound care services. Sponsors free diabetes support groups/classes. Provides dietary advice, dialysis support, endocrinology services, educational support, and other services as needed. Arranges rehabilitative referrals as appropriate.

A medical treatment which helps new blood vessels grow so that more oxygen is delivered to tissues and organs of the body. This has been an effective treatment for certain non-healing wounds, carbon-monoxide poisoning, post radiation-treatment wounds, decompression sickness and osteomyelitis or bone infections.

Operates a 148-bed skilled nursing facility which includes a sub-acute Rehabilitation Unit. The Rehabilitation Program includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech and swallowing therapy. Advanced clinical services include intravenous (IV) medication and feedings, respiratory care, post-stroke and post-surgical rehabilitation, dementia care (as part of the Bridges Program), Hospice Care, Pain Management, and advanced wound management programs. Services those in need of short stay and rehabilitation services. Participates with the Chautauqua County Hospice for residents in need of palliative care. A full time Lutheran chaplain is available to all residents, although spiritual care for all residents is promoted and facilitated through their preferred tradition.

Comprehensive outpatient Wound Care Center designed to complement physician's services in the treatment of wounds. The types of wounds treated in the Wound Care Center include: diabetic, ischemic, venous stasis, pressure, collagen vascular disease and other wounds that resist healing.

Provides specialized medical care services, such as cardiology, dermatology, geriatric medicine, pulmonary, urology, pediatrics, etc.

Services include nursing, social services, home health aides, social workers, infusion therapy, home health evaluations and assessments, nutritional counseling, arranging of medical equipment and supplies, and physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Specialized programs in pediatrics, behavioral health, and wound care available. In-facility assessments for discharge planning at hospitals and skilled nursing facilities available upon request. Serves as a state provider in the MOMS (Medicaid Obstetrical & Maternal Services) Program, providing comprehensive support nursing services for prenatal and postpartum women.

Provides inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services, wound care, vestibular rehabilitation, and speech, occupational, and aquatic therapy.

Skilled nursing facility providing alzheimer's disease, dementia care, intensive rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, long term care, pain management, short term rehabilitation, subacute care, terminal care and wound care.

Provides specialized care and support for burn, trauma and wound injuries.

Provides outpatient services, emergency services, EKG, lab facilities, radiology, fluoroscopy, mammography, and ultrasound. Athleticare hand therapy, physical therapy, and aquatic therapy (with 2-bed capability) available. Also provides vascular ultrasound, phlebotomy, nuclear medicine, and hypobaric wound care.

A community hospital providing emergency care, women's health programs, Kennedy Birthing Center, admitting, pre-admission screening, endoscopy, minor surgery and same-day surgery, Wound Healing Center, and a dedicated Diabetes Education program.

Provides a diabetes program with individual assessment, nutritional counseling, blood sugar monitoring, use of insulin and/or oral medications, exercise, setting personal goals, and acute and chronic complications. The Wound Care program allows staff to focus on individual treatment plans and goals, resulting in faster wound closure.
