Other services available may include: Adaptive Aids/Equipment, Anger Management, Depression/Manic Depression Treatment, Developmental Disability Screening, Dual Diagnosis Treatment, Feeding and Swallowing Therapy, Seating and Positioning Therapy, Vocational Assessment, Vocational Counseling, and Vocational Rehabilitation.

On campus university outpatient clinic with dedicated clinical staff and faculty of speech-language pathologists, an audiologist, support staff, and student clinicians. Faculty and clinical staff have a variety of expertise and experience in communication sciences, speech-language development, and disorders. Assessment and therapy services are available for children and adults in the areas of speech, language, apraxia, auditory processing, aural rehabilitation, voice, fluency, aphasia, cognition, swallowing, augmentative communication and hearing services (including hearing evaluations and hearing aids). The Stroke/Head Injury Support Group meets 2 times monthly during the academic year.

Provides speech, language, and hearing evaluation and treatment to children and adults. Also dispenses hearing aids. Special programs include ESL groups, aphasia therapy, intensive summer camp, and Tinnitus evaluation, treatment, and therapy.

Provides comprehensive rehabilitation services for both inpatient and outpatients through physical, occupational and speech therapy.

Offers at home rehabilitation services with occupational, physical, respiratory, and speech therapy, and nutrition assessments.

Provides physical and occupational therapies for children from birth to 21 on an inpatient, day hospital or outpatient basis.

Provides educational services for severely handicapped preschool children ages 2 1/2-5. Offers full day therapeutic language-based programming. Specializes in helping children with severe language and autism spectrum disorders. Provides speech/language, occupational, and physical therapies, counseling, auditory training, and movement and music therapies. Services provided on a group/individual basis. Provides parent educational instruction and full evaluations for children and adults through Evaluation and Treatment Center.

Skilled nursing facility providing alzheimer's disease, dementia care, intensive rehabilitation services including physical, occupational, and speech therapy, long term care, pain management, short term rehabilitation, subacute care, terminal care and wound care.

Offer short term inpatient care for individual requiring continued care after a hospitalization, including extensive rehabilitation therapy for cardiac patients, stroke, neurological impairments, hip or knee replacement, etc.

Offers two programs: LSVT – BIG (physical therapy) and LSVT – LOUD (Speech Therapy). Four-week outpatient treatment programs, which has been scientifically and clinically verified to improve the movement patterns, balance, walking, speech, voice and overall quality of life of patients with Parkinson's disease or other neurological disorders.

Provides educational, recreational, occupational, physical, and speech therapy services to preschool aged children who are physically disabled, developmentally disabled or mentally retarded.

Offers comprehensive physical, occupational and speech therapy services for adults, children and neonates during their hospitalization. The Department works in conjunction with nursing, physicians and other healthcare professionals in developing individualized plans of care for our patients throughout the hospital.

Provides evaluation and therapy services in the home, schools and other natural environments for the pediatric population. Offers speech and swallowing therapy, occupational/physical therapy, special education, psychology, audiology, social services, medical consults and service coordination. Also provides Applied Behavior Analysis Services (ABA) and Special Education Itinerant (SEIT) Services.

Provides a school for legally blind and multiply disabled students. Offers day, five-day and seven-day ICF program options, OT, PT, speech, music and recreation therapies, O&M, APE, behavioral services and social work.

Provides a therapeutic environment for intellectually and/or developmentally disabled adults. Clinical services provided by licensed practitioners in the field of psychology, social work, therapeutic recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech, nutrition, and nursing.

ARC provides clinical services for individuals with developmental disabilities, which include audiology, psychology, psychiatry, nursing care, social work, dentistry, podiatry, speech, occupational and physical therapies, nutrition and rehabilitation counseling.

Provides community re-integration program, speech therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, physical therapy, individual counseling, occupational therapy, support groups (client), vocational counseling and placement, family support groups, job coaching, relaxation training, other skills training groups. Services provided by licensed clinical psychologists, certified social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists. Serves all ages, birth to 70 years, who are diagnosed with traumatic brain injury (car accidents, falls, etc.) and other brain injuries (stroke, brain tumor, etc.). Appointment required.

Offers medical and surgical treatment, prescription drugs, dental care, eye care, medical equipment and supplies such as adaptive equipment and assisted technology, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech and language pathology, to children who are uninsured or under-insured.Do Not accept applications for terminal or life-threatening situations, including organ transplants except skin and cornea, stem cell and bone marrow transplants, and most cancers.

Provides home care with a variety of options from the most basic medical care and daily living needs to specialized medical care or rehabilitation through home nurses, home health aides, and personal care.

Provides home based/center based program for children from birth to 36 months who have an identified developmental disability, including speech delay, pervasive developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, and physical disabilities. Services includes speech/language therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, social work services, parent/child groups, family/caregiver support groups, parent training, family counseling, and on going service coordination. Provides various therapy services for those recovering from surgery, illness, or disability. The rehab staff utilizes the best exercise equipment available to improve movement, strength, endurance and function in order to assist patients back to their optimal level of activity.
