Provides supportive and structured environment for adults with disabilities that are designed to meet their intellectual capacities and physical limitations.

Provides a day program that offers individuals with developmental disabilities the opportunity for growth and development through meaningful activities. These activities are designed to foster independence, socialization, integration, individualization and productivity through classroom instruction, group discussion, events, and community outings.

Offers intensive clinical services which may include occupational and physical therapy, speech and behavioral services to individuals ages 21 and older with severe and profound levels of intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Offers intensive sensory integration programming and other planned activities within a hub based location as well as environmental exploration within the community.

Provides culturally competent and linguistically appropriate assessment, evaluation, and response to the service needs of multi-ethnic populations suffering from a medical, emotional, or social disorder. Offers substance abuse services, HIV services, day habilitation for persons with developmental disabilities, residential care for persons with mild to moderate developmental disabilities, supported housing for special populations, service coordination, information and referral, and cultural competency training.

Community Supports and Day Services are designed to provide enriching opportunities for people with developmental disabilities to enhance their social skills and their independence. Programs are responsive to new and changing interests of people receiving supports and their families. The menu of available supports focus on social skills, daily living skills, wellness, technology, music, and the arts. Participants are fully included in their communities through recreation and experiential learning.

Provides day treatment, day training, day habilitation, and employment preparation services for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Offers a variety of day services and activities for individuals with developmental disabilities including out of home respite for children to provide the caregiver a short break, social and recreational programs and in home habilitation.

Provides a program which combines both recreational and pre-vocational activities for adults with developmental disabilities. Participants learn how to interact within their community through volunteer work at local preschools, food pantries, and other community organizations, engage in educational activities with trips to the zoo, museums, shopping centers, etc, and physically challenging activities with trips to a gym, a park to exercise, hike and interact with others.

Provides programs for children 5 years old to young adults with special needs including learning disabilities, Aspergers Syndrome, speech and language delays and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD). Offers day services at community sites to adults over the age of 21 who have a higher level of disability. Unique day service program is designed for young adults including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The focus of the program is community participation.

In-home support services to developmentally disabled individuals who live at home with their families.

Day Habilitation services are designed to help people of all ages with developmental disabilities to develop and maintain skills, abilities, and interests while being active members of their communities. Support individuals with independent living skill development, goal achievement and community involvement. Offers educational instruction, as well as opportunities for social and recreational activities. Experiential learning opportunities and volunteering offered through community partnerships. Transportation available. Medication monitoring. Preauthorization for Day Habilitation Services is done through OPWDD.

Supports individuals with significant behavior challenges. Participants are involved in on-site and volunteer activities that help them to improve their communication skills while minimizing their behaviors.

Provides programs that focus on wellness, community integration, and individual growth and productivity by enhancing physical, social, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and occupational needs.

Offers services to help individuals develop new skills and engage in activities that allow participants to explore hobbies and job skills. Participants learn social, communication, cognitive, gross motor, and fine motor skills through a variety of activities with trained staff members. Activities include, but are not limited to, cooking, crafts, exercise, reading, music, gardening, acting, woodworking, and computer skills. On-site clinical services include nursing, dietary, psychological, physical, occupational and speech therapies maintain and enhance their overall health and well-being.

Camp ARCO: summer day program for children with developmental disabilities.Recreation Services: inclusive recreation activities in the community.Guardianship: information for families on legal guardianship, help with applying for Article 17A guardianship.

* Provides a home-like community based residential setting designed for individuals with developmental disabilities. 24-hour on-site supervision and habilitation services by fully trained staff. Medication is given in the homes by Approved Medication Assistive Personnel (AMAP) certified staff. An individualized plan to help the individual reach his/ her goals and reach greater independence is developed and implemented by the resident and team. Program activities focus on daily living skills such as recreation, cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, money management, and community outreach skills.

* Provides opportunities for individuals to receive services in their own home or community rather than institutions or other isolated settings. These programs serve a variety of targeted populations groups, such as people with intellectual or developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or mental illnesses.

Provides activities including educational, social, volunteer, cultural, and recreational opportunities to ensure of community inclusion.

Provides full- and part-time day habilitation for individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability. Offers support to each person to build skills, function successfully and more independently in the community.

Starting with the individual's strengths and interests and emphasizing personal choice, The Arc Otsego offers comprehensive network of community-based programs and services that encourage individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Assisst with medicaid service coordination, obtaining respite services, skill training assistance, environmental modifications, adaptive technologies and guardianship.

Offers courses and programs for adult students who have developmental disabilities. Services include non-credit courses and seminars, supplemental day habilitation, and transition services.
