Provides the following for individuals with developmental disabilities: - Home and Community-based Waiver - Community Habilitation - Residential Community Habilitation - In-Home Respite - Saturday Respite - Freestanding Respite (Erie County) - Self-Directed Services Staff can provide limited transportation for certain services. Aspire of WNY CILS Division can support people with developmental disabilities living in the community with family, friends, or on their own, and can assist with the exploration, planning, and implementation of community based supports. Offers a variety of supports designed to best meet an individual's needs and desires to promote, support, and maintain their active engagement in the home, work, and community.

Provides day habilitation services to individuals age 21 and older.

Provides Day Habilitation, Pre-Vocational Training, Sheltered Workshops, and Supported Employment. Transportation is provided for all services.

Provides residential habilitation for individuals in their own homes. Residential habilitation may include independent living skills, meal planning, money management, personal care/hygiene, and community integration.

Day program for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities who want to be more involved in their community, but for whom employment is not appropriate. Services include community outings and interaction with others outside of their family.

Provides group day habilitation for developmentally disabled persons. Transportation available.

Offers a structured day program for individuals with developmental disabilities that can be utilized on an hourly or daily basis. Training includes daily living skills, basic education, recreational and social activities, exercises to improve coordination and other forms of developmental support which help participants develop and maintain skills that are required for community involvement, self-advocacy, self-care and possible employment.

Offers work training experiences through community volunteer work for non-profit agencies and organizations, travel training, recreation and community awareness/integration, regular contact with family and friends, social interaction, awareness of others, relaxation exercises, the development and support of hobbies and other special interest/leisure time activities.

Service Access Liaison Program provides short-term services to help navigate through the Front Door process.

Employment and vocational placement through supportive employment opportunities with the goal of competitive placements. Day habilitation program

* Provides day habilitation and pre-vocational programs for adults with developmental disabilities.

Works with the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (NYSOPWDD) and partner provider organizations to navigate services for people with Developmental Disabilities.

Providers nursing, behavior management, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, recreation, and nutrition services to individuals with developmental disabilities living in residential sites.

Provides onsite Certified Day Services in Tonawanda, NY as well as satellite programs at larger certified sites. Also provides Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) services through HCBS Medicaid Waiver, Student Transitional Services, and ACCES-VR contracts. Offers opportunities for people to stay up to date with new technology and develops plans for personal growth. Wheelchair accessible.

Offers seniors with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and other secondary diagnoses such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, and traumatic brain injury an opportunity to spend time with others in a creative and social atmosphere. Activities are person-centered and paced to meet the needs of seniors. The staff is trained in identifying and addressing the changing needs of this population and assists participants in maintaining daily living skills and exercise, along with memory maintenance through trivia, reminiscing, community outreach, music, and art activities. The program's goal is to provide a retirement atmosphere while encouraging participants to stay fit and active while achieving their goals and aspirations.

A diverse variety of day programs enable people to learn new skills and gain confidence in order to pursue personal goals and reach their highest level of independence in the community. Programs are designed to assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities through person-centered planning to become participating, contributing members of their communities. At the Brighton Park site, participants enjoy a backyard patio and gardening at an in-program greenhouse. Many also take part in making ceramics and volunteering throughout the local community.

Provides day habilitation for adults wishing to pursue their artistic interests. Field trips and exhibition of artwork are key components of the program.

Provides group day habilitation for developmentally disabled persons. Transportation available.

Offers a center-based full day program to 5 - 21 year old people with autism/PDD. The goal of the program is to help the person with autism achieve his or her full potential. Programming includes goals in communication academics, social skills, self-help skills, and the promotion of adaptive behavior.

Hudson Valley Health Specialties, Inc. and Ulster Rehabilitation Clinic: Services include primary medical care, psychiatric, dental, vision, and psychology as well as speech, occupational and physical therapies among others. Also offers specialized autism training and services.

Offers support to people with a disability in their home to develop the skills for greater independance.

Provides a day program for adults with developmental or learning disabilities with life skills training, create an assessment and work towards as much independence as possible and enhancing daily living activities.

This program focuses on personal success, developing each individual's interests, social and life skills, education, and emphasizing community inclusion. Activities are provided on-site and in a variety of outside settings that enriches the participants with new experiences and interests.
