Provides supports and services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities that includes community inclusion activities, volunteerism, and clinical supports.

Provides a socialization and supported play program designed to offer fun, safe, and appropriate activities for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities, friendship and understanding for siblings, and respite and support for parents.

Works with the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (NYSOPWDD) and partner provider organizations to navigate services for people with Developmental Disabilities.

Provides community-based, intensive services for adults who are developmentally disabled. Helps them function in the least restrictive environment and increases their personal independence. Encourages individual choice and enhances potential for acceptance into other programs.

Provides full- and part-time day habilitation for individuals with an intellectual or developmental disability. Offers support to each person to build skills, function successfully and more independently in the community.

Provides support to families to help relieve them of their caregiving duties.

Provides day habilitation and community habilitation services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Services provided in a group or 1:1 setting.

Custom-tailored to meet an individual's desires and scheduling needs, this program helps participants acquire and maintain the skills necessary to live as independently as possible. We help individuals reach their goals through the promotion of choice, independence and community participation.

Provides programming within the communities where the participants reside. Provides support by teaching, assisting and encouraging growth, and development in the communities.

Provides support to families to help relieve them of their caregiving duties.

Provides two programs:

LIFE Day Habilitation - a community-based service, teaches skills for independence, promote inclusion, and enhance individual choice and interest.

Group Day Habilitation - services the medical, social, and adaptive needs of individuals who are need more intensive supports.

Day program providing adults with developmental disabilities opportunities to volunteer in their community, become involved in civic activities, and integrate into neighborhood.

* Provides a home-like community based residential setting designed for individuals with developmental disabilities. 24-hour on-site supervision and habilitation services by fully trained staff. Medication is given in the homes by Approved Medication Assistive Personnel (AMAP) certified staff. An individualized plan to help the individual reach his/ her goals and reach greater independence is developed and implemented by the resident and team. Program activities focus on daily living skills such as recreation, cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, money management, and community outreach skills.

Provides individualized services to meet the needs of individuals to be supported. Services included homes with 24-hour live-in support with medical support, supported apartments with daily or less frequent visits, homes with independent apartments with only the level of support desired, living with a family in the community, and homes for children, men, women, and seniors.
