Provides a day habilitation program referrals for individuals with developmental disabilities, that focus on building life and independence skills.

Home and community based independent living skills training for people with developmental disabilities through the Home and Community Based Services Waiver. Mentors work one-on-one with children and adults with developmental disabilities, using strategies and activities designed to promote skill building in the areas of communication, socialization, behavior, independent living, and movement.

A special Medicaid program the allows medically fragile children to be cared for at home by providing case management including evaluating and assisting with a child's therapeutic, medical, educational, and psychosocial needs, working with medical equipment and home care personnel and assessing resources to provide appropriate care within the home setting. Home adaptation and vehicle modification are also available to improve m ovement and/or safety for the child at home and to improve access from home to the community. Twenty-four hour residential program for children 5-21 years of age and residential and day habilitation programs for adults 18 years of age and older diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum with communication learning and behavioral challenges. Children's program includes education, social and leisure skills development, art, music, speech and language, dietary, medical and nursing services, life skills and transition training. Our adult programs are designed to promote each individuals attainment of independence and a productive life full of enriching experiences.

Day Habilitation services are designed to help people of all ages with developmental disabilities to develop and maintain skills, abilities, and interests while being active members of their communities. Support individuals with independent living skill development, goal achievement and community involvement.
