Respite services are also offered at this location; clients can select which days and times to attend.

A 134-bed, long-term skilled nursing and rehabilitative care facility including a secure Alzhiemer's/Dementia program. Outpatient Therapy Clinic offers comprehensive physical, occupational and speech therapy for individuals of any age with any diagnosis. Clinic specializes in treating individuals following elective orthopedic surgeries (ex. knee or hip replacement), and for those with diagnoses of dysphagia, stroke, and arthritis. All outpatient care is individualized, one-on-one, and goal oriented. Therapists also provide customized home exercise programs to assist with positive outcomes and carryover.
