Offers outpatient clinics in various areas around the county to provide primary medical care and urgent care for children and adults.
Offers five Family Health Centers which provide essential primary care services and “medical homes” to residents of some of Long Island’s most underserved communities. By bringing quality primary care and a growing number of specialty services out into the community, we’re helping more Long Islanders get the care they need, where they need it most. Our goal is to keep our patients healthy and out of the hospital. Through Harmony Healthcare Long Island (HHLI) we are bringing a new kind of health services to the communities that need it most. We provide affordable, quality health services to everyone in the neighborhood, regardless of insurance status or the ability to pay. Call for detailed information.
