Provides free primary care and osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) services to individuals 18 and older, with or without insurance, who might not be able to afford care. These services are provided regardless of the patient’s immigration or health insurance status. Services include: General health check; Sick visits; Blood pressure tests; Electrocardiogram (EKG); In-house lab tests: Urine, throat culture, blood glucose check (fingerstick) and Discounted blood tests (outside lab fees apply).
