Wilkinson Residential Health Care Facility is a 160-bed skilled nursing facility offers a full range of services in a caring, residential setting designed to meet the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of each resident. The Wilkinson Center is the only nursing home in Montgomery County that has a special wing exclusively for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease or other brain disorders. This facility offers a broad program of ancillary services including adult day care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology and audiology - all directed toward maintaining or improving the physical and functional capabilities of the residents. Skilled nurses are on duty 24 hours a day. Daily recreational activities are provided seven days a week and include religious services, ceramics, cooking groups, crafts and hobbies, pet therapy, live entertainment, games, music, and parties. Families are welcome to join in the activities.

It is certified by the New York State Department of Health. Single and double bedrooms are available, each with a private bathroom.

Cobleskill Regional Hospital is a 40-bed hospital providing a range of inpatient and outpatient services, including an emergency department staffed around the clock. Services include inpatient services, short-stay rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitative services (including physical therapy), open MRI and state-of-the art-medical imaging, comprehensive laboratory services, a sleep lab, and 19 specialty clinics in areas such as cardiology, women's health, orthopedics, and more.

In 1868, Albany Memorial Hospital opened its doors as the Albany City Free Dispensary providing care to patients unable to pay. Today, the 165-bed community hospital provides inpatient and outpatient care, as well as ambulatory surgery. This includes the Heart Program for congestive heart failure, Capital Region Diabetes & Endocrine Care, wound care, the Anticoagulation Management Clinic, the Pelvic Health Center and a state-of-the-art emergency department.
