Provides in-home skilled nursing care, rehabilitation therapies, medical social workers,home health aides, intravenous therapy, medical supplies/equipment, laboratory services and pharmacy supplies. Also offers Mom and Me Care to new mothers and newborns. Home care is provided by nursing staff from the maternity department.

Offers several resources to help ensure children get a strong start for a healthy life. Programs include: Early Intervention – a voluntary developmental evaluation and services program offered by New York State and administered locally by the Nassau County Department of Health Office for Children with Special Needs; Preschool Special Education - provides services to children who are 3 to 5 years old with developmental delays and/or educational needs; WIC - Special Supplemental Foods Program for Women, Infants and Children. WIC provides nutritious foods as well as nutrition counseling and education for its participants; Lead Poisoning & Prevention – Offers information to prevent lead poisoning in children; Cribs for Kids - providing a safe-sleep education program for parents and caregivers which includes the intervention of a safety-approved crib if the family cannot otherwise afford one; Healthy Moms & Babies - Resource center to promote the well-being of childbearing women, infants, their families and communities.; Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) –provides referrals and information about resources in your community that help benefit children with special health care needs and their families; Child Fatality Review Team - review child deaths to better understand the causes of these deaths and to make recommendations based on the team's findings in order to reduce future child fatalities; and the 4th Trimester – resources to help moms with taking care of themselves with Post-Partum Depression, breast feeding and more. Provides a state-of-the-art maternity care facility, which encompasses all phases of pregnancy, from conception testing to postpartum support services. Also offers a program, "Hello Babe" for expectant parents.

Provides nursing, social services, home health aides, social workers, infusion therapy, home health evaluations and assessments, nutritional counseling, arranging of medical equipment and supplies, personal care/homemaker services, adult day care, and physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Long term home health care program available. Specialized programs available in pediatrics, behavioral health, and wound care. In-facility assessments for discharge planning at hospitals and skilled nursing facilities available upon request. Serves as a state provider in the MOMS (Medicaid Obstetrical & Maternal Services) Program, providing comprehensive support nursing services to prenatal and postpartum women.

Women's Maternity Services: Before Pregnancy Care, Prenatal Care, The Family Birth Place, Birthing Suites, Family Education Classes, Classes for the whole family, Expectant Parents. Classes are offered frequently throughout the year as either a five-part evening series or a one-day class. Sibling Preparation: "Let's Celebrate Big Brother-Big Sister" is a special monthly class designed to help children aged 3-10 understand the concept of a newborn. Post-partum Breastfeeding Classes and Counseling: Learn about the early weeks of breast-feeding, expressing and storing milk, nutrition and weight loss, and returning to work. Babies are welcome.
