Provides lodging to families of children receiving pediatric care in any area medical facility.
Provides short or long-term, affordable lodging for families with a child who is ill or injured and will be receiving medical treatment, far from home.

Westmoreland House (Located 5 minutes away from Golisano Children's Hospital): 24 private rooms with full bathroom, cooking and laundry facilities, fitness room, free meals, snacks and play areas. House within The Hospital (Located within Strong Memorial Hospital connected to Golisano Children's Hospital: 7 private rooms with full bathroom, laundry facilities, living room, free meals and snacks. Family Room (Located in the lobby level of Golisano Children's Hospital at Strong): Laundry room, shower, beverages, healthy snacks and fresh-baked goods available. Family Room (Located on the first floor of Unity Hospital across from the gift shop): Respite space includes beverages and healthy snack. Includes 2 overnight rooms for families. Family Lounge (Located on the 3rd floor at Rochester General Hospital): Coffee, cold beverages, healthy snacks and fresh-baked goods available. Mental Health and Wellness Family Room: Laundry facilities, cold beverages, healthy snacks, fresh-baked goods with daily access to the House within the Hospital and showering area near the Family Room.

Hope Lodge: Offers free temporary lodging while undergoing treatment for patients and a caregiver who live more than 40 miles from treatment center. To stay at Hope Lodge, a referral request from a cancer healthcare provider or social worker in advance of stay. Cancer Survivors Network (csn.cancer.org): Free online community created by and for people with cancer and their families. Services include discussion boards, chat rooms, and personal web space to tell your story. * Provides referrals to smoking cessation programs.

Provides a unique private-public partnership that supports America's military in their time of need. The program recognizes the special sacrifices of our men and women in uniform and the hardships of military service by meeting a humanitarian need beyond that normally provided by the Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs. The Foundation, a nonprofit organization. has constructed 65 "comfort homes" at military bases and VA Medical Centers across the country and overseas, in Germany, for families of hospitalized military personnel and veterans. The program aids more than 12,000 guest families each year and has saved families more than $150 million since inception.
