Provides a place of respite for families with hospitalized children within the Bernard & Miller Duker Children's Hospital at Albany Medical Center. Offers snacks, coffee, bagged lunches, games, books, and a television available for all visitors.
Provides free supportive housing for families with children facing serious illness and injury receiving care at nearby hospitals. Offers 25 private guests rooms, hot meals served daily, space for children and families to relax and play. Provides families with shuttle runs between Rconald McDonald House and Albany Medical Center.
Provides year-round day habilitation and recreation opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities. Coordinates private rentals on the weekends for a free to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families as well summer camp and staffed vacations opportunities.
Offers a respite program in conjunction with NYS Medicaid benefits to help families with children with medical needs that require respite care.

A facility, within the children's hospital, which allows the family of a hospitalized child, to rest, eat, sleep, shower, and find support from similar families. The "Family Room" has a country house setting, with 5 private rooms with shower/bath, shared dining room, kitchen , gym facility, and fireplace. Limited space requires that it is only available to families with a critical patient, and geared towards families which do not live in the surrounding areas.

Accommodations are provided to family members so that they may be near veterans who are receiving care at the medical center.
