Provides assistance to individuals in WNY who have been diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). Grants could cover any expense associated with the disease that is not covered through another means. Families receiving the assistance will be encouraged to donate all usable equipment and other items after they are no longer needed. Organizations such as the MDA's Loan Closet will make the equipment available to other families in need.

Financial Reimbursement for families to assist with costs of caring for a family member with a developmental disability. Behavior Management Services - providers will assess behavior, make referrals and develop a support plan to assist families to manage challenging behaviors in the home.
