EMERGENCY FINANCIAL AID | PUTNAM COMMUNITY ACTION PROGRAM (CAP)

Emergency financial assistance with rental & utility arrears, camp tuition, vehicle repairs, medical bills, transportation related expenses, copays, clothing & furniture. A scheduled assessment with a Case Manager is required. Assistance can only be accessed one time per year, and the recipient must demonstrate future financial stability.
