Service goal is to meet the need of cancer patients and their families in financial crisis due to cancer. Used when all other support programs have been exhausted.
Provides medical-based assistance to income eligible individuals and families. Offers assistance with doctor's visits, prescription medications, dental services, emergency medical services, in-patient hospital care, medical transportation, assistance paying for other health insurance programs, and other services necessary to keep individuals and families healthy.

CST provides limited financial grants to eligible individuals who need help paying for cancer-related items and services that are not covered by their insurance. These items include: Transportation, Medical equipment, Insurance co-pays, Costs of daily living — rent, utilities and food, Childcare. CST staff members also refer patients and families to other financial assistance programs that may be able to provide them with additional funds.
Funds of up to $250 available for people with a documented psychiatric diagnosis meeting criteria for a severe and persistent mental illness. Funds can be used for emergency situations. Criteria for funds, explanation of need, copies of bills and other documents, comprehensive plan for resolution, and household incomes.
