Offers free counseling for individuals with health insurance and health care access issues. The goal is to guide individuals through the health care system with information, advice and representation.

WDOM assist individuals with the recertifying process with Medicaid, Child Health Plus, and Essential Plan renewal and follow up.

Provides assistance to help low income individuals and families gain access to public health insurance. There are on-site enrollers to provide assistance in determining which public health insurance program they are eligible for, and help to determine the monthly cost, if any, and complete all the necessary paperwork to get enrolled.
