Facilitated Enrollers can help patients apply for Medicaid, Child Health Plus, Prenatal Care Assistance Program (PCAP), and State Aid.

Offers essential information and education on fetal development, prenatal nutrition, birthing, infant nutrition, breastfeeding, labor and delivery, signs of premature labor, birth control options, the dangers of nicotine/alcohol/drug use, and HIV prevention.

Works with people who need help obtaining health insurance, including Medicaid, through the New York State of Health (NYSOH) Marketplace. A NYS Certified Navigator is available to meet with clients to provide in-person enrollment assistance at various locations throughout Genesee, Orleans, and Wyoming Counties.
