The Rye Y offers group exercise classes, personal training, swim lessons, spinning, family programs and special events, senior citizen fitness and opportunities for community service. Chronic disease prevention and healing, the Rye Y offers the YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA (for cancer survivors) Enhance Fitness for senior citizens, and health education for all ages. The Y serves over 1,200 children each year through its summer camp program and also runs a licensed after school program.

Drop in hours are the second and fourth Thursday of the month 3:00 pm-5:00 pm. The Baby Boutique has limited baby clothing and gear available for free.
