The Rye Y offers group exercise classes, personal training, swim lessons, spinning, family programs and special events, senior citizen fitness and opportunities for community service. Chronic disease prevention and healing, the Rye Y offers the YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA (for cancer survivors) Enhance Fitness for senior citizens, and health education for all ages. The Y serves over 1,200 children each year through its summer camp program and also runs a licensed after school program.

Offers a six-week chronic disease self-management workshop facilitated by two certified trainers with a health curriculum developed by Stanford University. Each two hour weekly session teaches participants how to manage chronic conditions through stress reduction, nutrition, exercise, and communication with health care professionals. Triple Play is a dynamic wellness program currently being offered that demonstrates how eating right, keeping fit and forming positive relationships add up to a healthy lifestyle. The goal of the Triple Play program is to improve Club members' knowledge of healthy habits, increase the number of hours per day they participate in physical activities, and strengthen their ability to interact positively with others and engage in positive relationships.

Helps residents with limited resources achieve lifelong health and fitness. EFNEP teaches healthy habits through interactive discussion and hands-on activities. Families learn about healthier food choices, physical activity, stretching food dollars, and food safety. Classes are held in both community and one-on-one home settings, as well as distance learning via Zoom and Facebook Live.
