The Rye Y offers group exercise classes, personal training, swim lessons, spinning, family programs and special events, senior citizen fitness and opportunities for community service. Chronic disease prevention and healing, the Rye Y offers the YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA (for cancer survivors) Enhance Fitness for senior citizens, and health education for all ages. The Y serves over 1,200 children each year through its summer camp program and also runs a licensed after school program.

Offers a six-week chronic disease self-management workshop facilitated by two certified trainers with a health curriculum developed by Stanford University. Each two hour weekly session teaches participants how to manage chronic conditions through stress reduction, nutrition, exercise, and communication with health care professionals.
