Health education is provided by the Community Health Nursing staff, the Community Health Worker, and the Children with Special Needs staff. Education takes place on home visits, during clinics, during various health fairs and community events, in coordination with other departments, and through the media. Montgomery County Public Health partners with other local agencies to address specific health related needs in our community.
