The Rye Y offers group exercise classes, personal training, swim lessons, spinning, family programs and special events, senior citizen fitness and opportunities for community service. Chronic disease prevention and healing, the Rye Y offers the YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program, LIVESTRONG at the YMCA (for cancer survivors) Enhance Fitness for senior citizens, and health education for all ages. The Y serves over 1,200 children each year through its summer camp program and also runs a licensed after school program.

Serves all populations with special focus on the medically under-insured, uninsured, and those experiencing homelessness. Also provides onsite lab, ultrasound, STD testing, COVID-19 testing and vaccines, health education/groups, blood pressure screening, and free walk-in pregnancy testing. Provides transportation assistance to help clients get to appointments and referral assistance. Provides services to seniors, which would help them remain in their homes, and continue to be a part of their community. Services include friendly visits, companionship assistance, transportation and shopping assistance, spiritual care, health education and counseling, network to community agencies, advocacy for quality care.

Offers health screenings, health education programs and other wellness-related activities that focus on preventing or managing chronic diseases and injuries among the growing population of older adults in the community. The goal is for participants to improve their overall health and well being through increased knowledge. Provides education seminars on a variety of health and wellness topics, medication evaluations, diabetes management, cooking demonstrations, fall prevention, hearing evaluations, health insurance/financial information, family caregiver education and stress management.
