A High-Risk Youth program offering HIV education, counseling and testing. Medical and psychosocial care for HIV-positive youth is coordinated with the Allergy/Immunology Division.

Offers short-term intensive interventions for people living with HIV who are either newly diagnosed or previously diagnosed but not in care in order to successfully link them with medical care and case management services. Offers free rapid HIV testing.

Advocacy, emergency assistance, education and outreach for persons living with AIDS/HIV and their caregivers. Prevention and awareness programs. Support groups. Individual, couple and family counseling. Assistance with obtaining appropriate housing. Assistance in enrollment in AIDS Drug Assistance Program ADAP. Financial assistance in emergency situations.

* Provides resources and referrals for HIV & STI testing, linkage to PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) & PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis), HIV & Hepatitis C care, and many others.

Provides a full range of HIV/STI/hepatitis prevention interventions including community outreach, peer training, education for at-risk youth, navigation and linkage for people living with HIV and HIV, and Hepatitis C testing. The purpose of the service is to decrease risk for HIV, STIs and hepatitis, decrease stigma and increase access to counseling, testing, and referral and to positively impact community norms related to risk. No STD testing at this facility.

Offers community education on a variety of topics related to sexual health and family planning including birth control, safe sex, abstinence, AIDS/HIV, sexually transmitted diseases, date rape, teen pregnancy prevention and more.

Offers faith based counseling centered on Christian biblical principals in combination with HIV/AIDS and chemical dependence prevention education, to increase positive health outcomes for participants of the program.

Provides confidential AIDS/HIV testing, preventive education and counseling.

Provides an 18-bed inpatient unit as well as ambulatory and satellite programs tailored to the unique medical and developmental needs of teenagers and young adults. Services include: General Health Care, Eating Disorders Center, Weight Management Center, Atherosclerosis Prevention Center, Adolescent Gynecology, Deaf Health Services, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Services, Behavioral Health Services, HIV Prevention Services and School Based Health Services.

Provides free and confidential AIDS/HIV treatment and counseling, including a weekly support group for individuals who have been diagnosed. Also provides speakers to schools, shelters and other public facilities to lecture on AIDS/HIV prevention.

Provides training, seminars, conferences workshops, and lectures to health and human service providers regarding HIV/AIDS. Arranges preceptorships and mini-residencies for all level clinicians.

Offers a specialized clinic for AIDS/HIV, services include HIV testing and counseling, primary care and support, along with awareness and prevention information to the public.

Provides a program that trains inmates in the Prisoners for AIDS Counseling and Education (PACE), which offers AIDS/HIV education to individuals in jail or prison.

Provides free, anonymous and confidential counseling and testing for HIV/AIDS, and provides confidential partner notification assistance to providers for their HIV positive and AIDS diagnosed patients.

Provides home nursing, home health aides and personal care services for those who require long term care due to age, illness, injury or disability. Also provides prevention and outreach programs for those who are diagnosed with AIDS/HIV.

Provides confidential HIV testing and prevention counseling. Also offers general counseling to individuals who may be stressed or overwhelmed with various issues.

This program's aim is to reduce the transmission of AIDS/HIV and other sexually transmitted disease through the education of improved sexual health and wellness practices, specifically in gay men of color, since the rate of infection is higher in minorities. Also provides HIV/STI/HCV testing and access to health care and other needed services.

Also offers free rapid HIV testing. Respite and transportation services are available for clients of SPARC Consortium member agencies participating in each program. SPARC's Women's Care Coordinators work to ensure that clints are engaged and retained in care and are linked to other needed services in the community. SPARC's nutritionist offers comprehensive assessments, individual and group education.
