Hope Lodge: Offers free temporary lodging while undergoing treatment for patients and a caregiver who live more than 40 miles from treatment center. To stay at Hope Lodge, a referral request from a cancer healthcare provider or social worker in advance of stay. Cancer Survivors Network (csn.cancer.org): Free online community created by and for people with cancer and their families. Services include discussion boards, chat rooms, and personal web space to tell your story. * Provides referrals to smoking cessation programs.

Pays for the following services, that are completed at the doctor's office, for individuals that qualify: PAPS, clinical breast exams, mammograms, colorectal cancer. Free take home Fecal Immunohistochemical Test (FIT) colorectal cancer kits available at office. Also offers assistance in obtaining wigs and gas cards for transportation to appointments.
