The goals of the program are to help pre-teens and teens reach and maintain their ideal weight while making healthy lifestyle changes. ON TARGET offers a medically supervised 12 month program that promotes weight loss, and enables the family to develop a supportive home environment, which significantly improves the chances of long term success.

A registered dietitian is available on a part time basis to teach and counsel individuals on how, why and what changes are needed as a result of disease or to improve nutritional well being. The dietitian will also offer suggestions on other menu items which will complement your home delivered or congregate meals. Written material in the form of booklets and brochures can be provided which are intended to promote improved eating habits and a better understanding of various diet restrictions.
