Plans and implements wellness health screens and educational programs for health professionals and the community. These programs and services are offered in response to community need. All health screen participants receive follow-up and assistance with referral, if needed. Screenings and programs include a tobacco-free program, blood pressure screenings, free diabetes screenings, and disease management programs.

Provides regular clinics offering rapid HIV and other sexually transmitted disease testing, COVID-19 immunizations, Flu vaccines, lead poisoning testing, and other infant, adolescent, child and adult immunizations and vaccines.
