Homeowners only pay for the materials, not labor. Offers Meals on Wheels program which delivers hot noontime meals on weekdays to homebound seniors and/or those unable to cook for themselves. Serves as a City of Buffalo Cooling Center during times of extreme heat and as a Warming Center when the temperature is 15 degrees or below. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling Center is open before going there.
