Offers a course that is designed for personnel in the private and public sector interested in teaching the 10- and 30-hour construction safety and health outreach program to their employees and other interested groups. Special emphasis is placed upon those topics that are required in the 10- and 30-hour programs, as well as on those that are most hazardous, using OSHA standards as a guide. Provides access and advocacy to eligible health and human services to farmworkers and their families in Jefferson, Lewis, Onondaga, and Oswego counties.

Rabies vaccinations: Conducts free rabies vaccination clinics for dogs, cats and domesticated ferrets in several locations across Cattaraugus County. All Cattaraugus County residents are eligible for these free vaccinations.
