After school program that focuses on academics, life skills, and career and college exploration. Teens participate in classroom and group lessons in a safe environment. Summer program is for 6 weeks and during the six week period, Monday-Thursday (or four days a week), the students work at the designated internship site and Fridays (or 1 day a week) the students work on life skills, career and college exploration.

Services include enrichment courses in math, science, engineering, technology; tutoring; academic advisement; internships; counseling; SAT preparation workshops; college admissions and financial aid seminars; and career planning activities. Program staff provide services during the summer as well as throughout the academic year. The Rockland Community College Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) is a dropout prevention and college access program that is funded by the New York State Education Department. RCC LPP serves 340 historically excluded students (grades 7-12) in the East Ramapo, North Rockland and Nyack school districts. The Merakey Center for Hope is a youth drop-in center for young people ages 11-21 who live in the city of Newburgh, NY. This program is available after school and offers many workshops, including ceramics, music, dance, photography, creative writing, and more.

Summer Youth Employment & Training Program (SYETP) is a summer academic and career development program. Youth are exposed to an enriching learning environment that includes academic development, career/vocational focus, and exploration/recreational activities. Participants 14 to 18 have the opportunity to participate in job shadowing/summer internships and earn a stipend for their participation.
