Provides educational services to assist children with disabilities including: infants, preschoolers, adolescents and young adults needing early intervention, preschool and schoolage educational and therapeutic services, so that students are physically and academically prepared for maximum independence, and when appropriate, participate in their own community schools. Programs include: The Early Intervention Program (for children birth to age 3), The Pre-School Division (ages3-5), Ungraded Kindergarten through Grade 2 (ages 5-7), and The Schoolage Program (ages 5-21). Full diagnostic evaluation including educational, therapy and psychological testing available.

This program provides in-home developmental screening for children ages 0-3 years that area at risk for delays (i.e. born premature) or for those children whose parents are concerned with any area of development in growth and development. Anticipatory guidance is also offered by an R.N.
Provides clinical services to individuals with disabilities and their families including treatment coordination during the eligibility process and while accessing additional agency services; advocacy with other agencies when additional services are needed; psychological services including assessments and therapy; social work; nursing services; nutrition services and rehabilitation counseling. Provides evaluations for Cattaraugus County children whose parents have concerns with their child's developmental achievements. Areas of development assessment are: cognitive, physical (including vision and hearing), social/emotional, adaptive development, and communication. After assessment, if the child meets eligibility she or he will receive services through the Early Intervention Program. Child Find, part of the Early Intervention program, aims to make sure that all children have a primary care physician and insurance coverage as well as promote the availability of developmental screening and necessary services.
