Provides opportunities for migrant farm workers and their families on a regional, statewide, and national basis to encourage and assist them in achieving their full potential. Includes initiatives to increase literacy.  

Provides CDL, basic skills and TASC (GED) preparation classes, business and industry classes, and vocational education classes.
