**During the COVID pandemic, the EOC switchboard is staffed part time from 7:30am - 1pm Monday - Friday with no voicemail option. If you are unable to reach a staff member, please call back during the hours indicated. **

Offers Career Path TANF employment services (CPTE) and Displaced Homemakers program(DHP). Provides job training workshops, job referrals, resume writing and job replacement. Assists clients in obtaining needed services, housing assistance and court advocacy. Makes education referrals for GED, adult education and ESOL classes. Provides support for the elderly, undocumented residents and emergency assistance for families. Youth services include Head Start, enrichment, sports, leadership and prevention programs.
