Collect calls accepted. * Provides advocacy for out-of-county emergency shelter support. * Offers support groups for victims of domestic violence. * Offers Court Advocacy: Court accompaniment with on-site advocate at family court. Provides technical support to attorneys representing crime victims in civil suits, refers crime victims to lawyers in their local area, and increases general awareness about availability of civil remedies for victims of crime.
