Provides non-residential programming to victims of domestic violence and their children. Supports for victims include legal advocacy, a domestic violence hotline, safety planning, legal clinics, counseling, emergency cell phones, support groups, children's counseling and support groups, court accompaniment, resource advocacy, and direct access to emergency assistance. Transportation is provided to victims of domestic violence and their children as well as educational presentations, trainings and workshops for schools, and community groups.

Provides technical support to attorneys representing crime victims in civil suits, refers crime victims to lawyers in their local area, and increases general awareness about availability of civil remedies for victims of crime.

Operates a lawyer referral service that is often used by the public. For a fee of $35.00, the association will refer clients to attorneys in the area. The fee also entitles the client to a free 30-minute initial consultation with the referred attorney.
