For a fee of $35.00, payable to the Broome County Bar Association, we will refer to an attorney whose area of concentration in law matches your area of need. The attorney will grant you a 30-minute consultation at no additional charge. They will answer any legal questions you have, and give their best guidance regarding your concern.

Provides representation to youths in special immigrant juvenile matters and child maltreatment cases. The clinic advocates in the Queens, Nassau and Suffolk family courts, as well as before immigration court judges and hearing officers in Manhattan, on behalf of youth in cases where the allegations range from physical and sexual abuse to educational neglect, abandonment and inadequate supervision. In addition, the clinic often represents their clients on related issues, such as delinquency, custody and school suspension matters.
