Provides on-the-spot defense to tenants who are facing eviction and/or non-payment of rent cases in the Syracuse and East Syracuse Court. Clients are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of court. Representation is limited to that day.

Landlord/Tenant Dispute Resolution: Aids individuals struggling with their landlord for reasons ranging from eviction, living conditions, recurring problems, etc. Foreclosure Assistance: helps advocate for individuals with mortgage foreclosure with guidance through the legal process and representation, if needed.
