Offers citizenship classes, ESL classes, relocation moving assistance, employment placement services for newly arriving refugees, and case management to assist with obtaining immigration documents. Also provides a support group for refugees who are victims of domestic violence.

KNL also provides free Citizenship preparation classes as well as classes in both literacy and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL).
