The Clinic defends clients in need of motions to reopen prior removal orders, facing false gang allegations, seeking release on bond, and victims of trafficking seeking relief. The clinic provides legal screenings for relief, responds to ICE raids, represents clients detained in ICE jails, litigates in immigration court (such as master calendar, bond, and individual hearings), administrative advocacy with USCIS and at asylum interviews, and appellate litigation before the Board of Immigration Appeals and in Federal Court.
