Provides full deportation defense services for clients most at-risk of deportation. The Clinic defends clients in need of motions to reopen prior removal orders, facing false gang allegations, seeking release on bond, and victims of trafficking seeking relief. The clinic provides legal screenings for relief, responds to ICE raids, represents clients detained in ICE jails, litigates in immigration court (such as master calendar, bond, and individual hearings), administrative advocacy with USCIS and at asylum interviews, and appellate litigation before the Board of Immigration Appeals and in Federal Court. Also provide Impact litigation. We challenge policies and practices that harm the immigrant community on Long Island and in New York. In addition we provide Community advocacy. We advocate for human, civil, and constitutional rights for immigrant communities on Long Island and in New York through collaborations with legal service providers, legal trainings, professional development, legislative and administrative advocacy, and community organizing. Provides a service, in collaboration with 2 other agencies (My Sisters' Place and Westchester Hispanic Coalition) to offer free legal services for poverty level residents or those who are victims of domestic violence for consumer disputes, housing, education, benefits, domestic violence, orders of protection, custody, child support, family law, including citizenship applications, work authorizations or other immigration issues.

Refugee Resettlement Services provides the following for agency sponsored refugees: housing, food, interpretation, translation, assessment, referral, social adjustment, transportation, cultural transition facilitation, and employment services. Also offers English as a Second Language instruction and employment services for refugees. Immigration Services provides photos, assistance with USCIS applications, and naturalization classes.

Provides language matched, client-driven case management, legal counseling, and referrals to community services. Clients have access to programs addressing financial education and home purchasing, as well as other Jericho Road programs. Offers 60-minute immigration consultations with a Department of Justice accredited representative. Consultations are by appointment only.

Provides shelter for individuals and families fleeing other countries who are seeking asylum status in the United States and Canada. Provides access to Jericho Road programs and healthcare, referrals to community services, housing, shelter, food, and legal assistance.

Houses several projects, including the New York Immigrant Family Unity Program, which is an attempt to create a "public defender" style program for men detained at the Buffalo Federal Detention Facility in Batavia. Represents unaccompanied children, who must appear in Buffalo for removal proceedings. Also recruits, trains, and mentors pro bono lawyers to represent these children. Represents survivors of human trafficking in immigration cases. Special "T" visas or other forms of immigration relief are sought for these clients before an application is made for permanent residence. Works collaboratively with the International Institute of Buffalo to make sure clients' legal, social, and health care needs are met. Survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking are also represented, as they have several options under U.S. immigration law to normalize their status. Also houses the WNY Immigration Assistance Center, the goal of which is to provide training and other technical assistance to indigent legal service providers representing non-citizens in criminal and family court proceedings.

Mary Weingarten Domestic Violence Law Project (DVLP) represents survivors applying for lawful immigration status before United States Immigration and Citizenship Services on humanitarian grounds. Represents survivors in immigration court who are defending themselves against deportation and pursuing family unity on constitutional/procedural or humanitarian grounds.

Providing free immigration law advice regarding DACA via personal online appointments for those interested in applying for the DACA program.

Offers guidance and information on immigration issues, such as application processes, visa information, and assistance with filling out the proper paperwork. Also offers English as a Second Language Classes and help with translation.

Proyecto Faro builds community and organizes Rockland immigrants by providing monthly legal clinics, food program and financial support.

LAS provides free legal counseling and representation for low-income individuals who need assistance in civil cases, which includes, government benefits, unemployment insurance, disability, health care, housing, family law matters, consumer problems, children's legal issues and immigration matters.

Hosts the following organizations: Narcotics Anonymous, Sat 5pm; Alcoholics Anonymous, Wed 9:30am; Women's group, Sat 7pm; Immigration Legal Services of Long Island, Mon-Thu 12pm-8pm and Fri 10am-5pm.
