Provides custodial parents with assistance in obtaining financial support and medical insurance coverage for their children by locating parents, establishing paternity, establishing support orders, and collecting and distributing child support payments.

Assists custodial parents to establish orders for paternity, medical support, and child support; handles collection and enforcement of orders once they have been established; and assists custodial parents in modification of existing court orders.

Provides motor vehicle and other driver services such as: renewals for operator and motorcycle licenses, permits, and non-driver ID cards; amendments to all types of licenses, permits and non-driver ID cards; conversion of out-of state licenses to NY; renewals of registrations; new plates for passenger and commercial vehicles, trailers, and motorcycles; amendments to registrations for all vehicle types; plate transfers from one vehicle to another for all vehicle types; plate surrenders; and enforcement matters including DWI, child support payments and insurance lapses. Assists custodial parents and their children find an absent parent, establish legal fatherhood for a child, get a support order from court, collect child support payments from an absent parent, and enforce court orders when child support is not paid.

Offers free legal services for individuals living with or affected by HIV/AIDS in cases regarding access to health care services, HIV/AIDS-based discrimination, housing matters, assistance with denials or termination of benefits, health care proxies, powers of attorney, simple wills, family court matters, and divorce.
