The Office for the Aging offers many services for the senior residents of Steuben County including, but not limited to, information and referral, nutrition through congregate meals, advocacy, support groups, transportation services, caregiver services, case management, and the Bone Builders and Senior Meal Programs. Bone Builders and the Senior Dinner Clubs are overseen by Pro Action of Steuben-Yates.

The Chautauqua County office offers legal services in the areas of: - Assisted Living - Evictions - Consumer Protection - Elder Abuse Prevention - Foreclosure Prevention - Health Care Advocacy - Housing - Income Maintenance - Substituted Decision Making - Western New York Coalition Pooled Trust Also houses the Elder Advocacy Program, a cross-systems community collaboration to address elder abuse. The Elder Advocacy Program acts as a single point-of-entry for elder abuse survivors, assessing their needs and providing appropriate legal and non-legal services to end abuse and empower survivors.

Provides free civil legal services to individuals who have been victims of elder abuse. Also in collaboration with the Harry and Jeannette Weinberg Center offers education on elder abuse prevention, and has an elder abuse intervention program which includes a comprehensive shelter.
Sponsors a program of adult learning experiences at East Meadow High School. It is a diversified education program that includes many course offerings. Sample course offerings include: Indoor Cycling; Strength And Conditioning; Volleyball; Barre; Crochet; Defensive Driving; Elder Law: Learn How To Protect Your Assets; Tai Chi; Wills, Trusts And Estates; Yoga; Learn Microsoft Office 365 & Office 2019; Latin Mix; Numerology; Painting Workshop; Rhythm Mix; Chair Yoga; Medicare Made Easy And Yogilates.
