In situations of health crisis, care workers offer free help in resolving issues. Brings people together in facilitated conversations dealing with just about anything. In a circle, participants commit to shared values and guidelines to guide their conversation, and share their perspectives one at a time to come to a greater understanding of one another and the topic at hand. ECRJC will facilitate circles in any context for participants to check in with one another, build relationships, educate one another, and/or work through conflict.

Provides an opportunity for those involved in harm to discuss what happened, what they were thinking, and what might repair the harm. In a Conference, those who cause harm, those who experience harm, support people, and community members sit down with a facilitator to uncover the impact of the harm and come to consensus about ways to build or rebuild relationships. Anybody can refer a conflict to the Erie County Restorative Justice Coalition for Restorative Conferencing.

Collaborative Practice is a process that helps couples settle their divorce, separation, and/or parenting matters with the help of lawyers, but without going to court.
