Supported Employment | AIM Independent Living Center - Chemung County Outreach Office

Provides supported employment services to people with disabilities under contract with Adult Career and Continuing Education Services-Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR) and the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD). Employment specialists help individuals with disabilities develop work skills and connect with local employers. They also provide job coaching and ongoing supports.

SELF-DIRECTED SUPPORT SERVICES | LIBERTY RESOURCES

Allows clients, along with their parents or advocates, to exercise choices around the types of supports and services they receive and who provides them. Provides a needs assessment, review of available resources and development of a financial budget. Coordinates respite support either through self-hire or agency provided.
