Cases include naturalization (citizenship) Legal permanent residency (green card), family petitions, adjustment of status, political asylum, victims of human trafficking, work authorizations, temporary protected status,(TPS), victims of criminal activity (U-Visas), deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA), Legal Orientation for custodians (LOPC: In partnership with EOIR), Family Reunification Program, religious visas, VAWA cases fir battered spouses/children/parents, waivers (1-601, 1-601A, 1-212, 237 (h, etc.)

Works to enact positive changes for people with disabilities at the local, state and federal level as part of the Statewide Systems Advocacy Network (SSAN). The SSAN is a strong voice on issues, policies, regulations and legislation that affect people with disabilities. The SSAN also works to increase awareness of disability issues and the independent living movement.

Provides advocacy in criminal and family court for sexually victimized adults and children and their non-offending family members. Also offers a Court-School Program to familiarize children and their non-offending family members of the courtroom experience. Call for more information.
