CyberTipline is a centralized reporting system for the online exploitation of children. The public and electronic service providers can make reports of suspected online enticement of children for sexual acts, extra-familial child sexual molestation, child pornography, child sex tourism, child sex trafficking, unsolicited obscene materials sent to a child, misleading domain names, and misleading words or digital images on the internet.

Offers limited assistance with consumer issues, hospital patient rights, landlord/tenant disputes, Medicare/Medicaid, SSA and SSI issues. The attorney may be able to provide court representation. Help is not available for criminal matters.

Serves in an oversight capacity to ensure fiscal integrity and accountability for the County of Onondaga. Working with partners across Broome County to promote awareness and identification of youth trafficking, to provide comprehensive services to potential victims of commercial sexual exploitation. Provides connections to safe drop-in centers for children, medical care, financial assistance, counseling, case management, safe housing, advocacy, and other basic needs.

A toll-free hotline focused on vaccine-related fraud. New Yorkers who suspect fraud in the vaccine distribution process should call the hotline at 1-833-829-7226 or email the Department of Health at [email protected]. One example of fraud would be any offer of the vaccine in exchange for payment. Hotline staff will route complaints to the appropriate investigative agencies to ensure New Yorkers are not being taken advantage of.

Regional Office of the New York Attorney General serving Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, and Wyoming Counties. Helps citizens by protecting consumers and investors, charitable donors, the public health and environment, and the rights of wage-earners and businesses. Bureaus represented in the office include: Consumer Frauds and Public Advocacy, Charities and Not-for-Profits, Criminal Prosecutions, Environmental Protection, Organized Crime Task Force, Public Integrity, State Counsel and Litigation, Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, and the Sex Offender Management Bureau.

Provides a wide variety of services essential to the health and well-being of all Genesee County Residents. Service areas include public water supply protection, community sanitation and food protection, private water and sewage disposal systems, realty subdivision plan review, public health nuisances, residential lead investigations, chemical emergencies, rabies investigations, and enforcement of both the Adolescent Tobacco Use and Prevention Act (ATUPA) and the NYS Clean Indoor Air Act (CIAA). The Environmental Health division also operates multiple anti-rabies immunization clinics annually to administer vaccines to domestic animals, including cats, dogs, and ferrets, in order to reduce the spread of the potentially life threatening disease.
