Provides a hotline available for fraud reporting, for consumers, insurance, medicaid, landord/tenant issues, etc. Also offers a "Tenants Rights Guide" with information about leases, safety, repairs, and rights available to both tenants and landlords.

Provides law enforcement services for the City of Syracuse.

* Accepts and investigates complaints and consumer fraud reports from individual consumers.

Provides new or replacement social security numbers and/or cards.

Operates a toll-free consumer complaint phone line and a website, to help residents with Identity theft, credit card fraud, and other consumer fraud issues, will mediate with businesses about consumer complaints.
