Brings missing children home through the use of in-house professional staff, national dissemination of photos of missing children to companies and corporations, the toll free number, counseling for searching parents, nationwide networking efforts with law enforcement, state clearinghouse personnel, social service agencies and missing children agencies.

Provides a toll free 24 hour hotline to report information on missing children which is immediately shared with law enforcement agencies. Also provides investigation assistance in finding missing children, coordinates Amber Alerts, distributes child safety information, and posts missing children's pictures in public areas.

* Provides support to family members of children, college students, and vulnerable adults who are missing, and offers community education programs.
* Administers three alerts that quickly disseminate information about a child, college student, or vulnerable adult who is missing and at risk of harm.
* Publicizes cases at the request of family members and law enforcement online, through social media and the distribution of printed and electronic posters.
* Provides short- and long-term investigative assistance to law enforcement.
