Assists victims with navigating the criminal Justice system including accompaniment to court proceedings, updates on court processes, and referrals to case management or counseling services.

Advocates for the incarcerated persons and, where possible, secures their release on bond with monies from various sources or into the custody of Nassau Incarcerated Person Assistance Program (I.P.A.P.). In addition to securing their release, if appropriate, the individuals are given supportive counseling and assistance in finding meaningful job opportunities.
