OAR serves people who have been involved in the criminal justice system. They help restore and maintain their clients inclusion in the community. Assists the Christian Church on Long Island in the responsible evangelism of troubled youth and their families offering hope through caring relationships and developmental opportunities for the whole person (spiritual, mental, physical, social).
