* Provides supervision to paroled, conditionally and temporarily released from adult correctional institutions.* Provides supervision to violent offender juveniles paroled from incarceration from the Division for Youth.* Offers referrals to community agencies for additional services.

Inmate look-up, parolee look-up, and most-wanted look-up information. Help in filing complaints against mistreatment of individuals who are incarcerated. Re-entry program which assist in a smooth transition in returning home from prison with housing, mental health and medical treatment and services, and more. Assist individuals to find out about parole processing and appeals.

This agency investigates residence and employment plans of prospective parolees from the New York State Department of Correctional Services Facilities and approves or disapproves those plans, making alternative plans when required. After release the parolee is supervised by an assigned parole officer in accordance with the agency standards of supervision. This supervision continues until the parolee reaches their maximum expiration date, or for a minimum of three years from the date of release.

To provide parole supervision of men/women released from prison on parole under conditions set by NYS.
