* Produces a Safe Child identification card by using digital fingerprint technology and high-resolution photography.

Entitles eligible employees of covered employers to take unpaid, job-protected leave for specified family and medical reasons. Enforces continuation of health insurance coverege during leave.

* Provides an online tool for New York State residents where they can check their eligibility for multiple human service benefit programs and apply online for SNAP and HEAP.

OAR serves people who have been involved in the criminal justice system. They help restore and maintain their clients inclusion in the community. In an effort to reduce recidivism they offer assistance with services such as: Meeting basic needs including food, clothing and social support Help obtain ID such as DMV non driver ID's and birth certificates. Applications for housing, employment, and financial assistance Provide safe affordable transitional housing Outreach to the encampments Referrals for medical and mental health College Initiative Upstate (CIU) Partnerships with numerous community organizations

Provides outreach for individuals who are primary or secondary victims of serious crimes such as domestic violence, sexual assault, homicide, manslaughter, DUI/DWI with injuries, assault with injuries, elder abuse or neglect, arson, burglary, robbery, human trafficking, hate crime, mass violence, financial crimes for victims over 60, vehicular victimization, home invasions, and critical incidents.

Can assist with New York State Office of Victim Services Program and confidentiality applications for the Address Confidentiality Program (ACP).

Licensing and permits include marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, and racing/ wagering licenses. Other services include maintaining town records and archives.

Prepares and collects property taxes for residents of the Town of Champion from January through March 15th.

After March 15th all paperwork goes to the Jefferson County Treasurer's Office.

Licensing and permits include marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler/solicitor licenses, and racing/ wagering licenses. Other services include maintaining town records and archives.

Prepares and collects property taxes for residents of the Town of Canton from January through May 31st.

After May 31st all paperwork goes to the St. Lawrence County Treasurer's Office.

Provides legal representation to persons accused of crimes and jailable offenses. Involves every aspect of representation from investigation through trial, to post-judgment proceedings and appeals. Serves Village and Town Justice Courts, Binghamton City Court, Broome County Court, Supreme Court and Appellate Courts.

Support group for anyone (man or woman) who has been a victim or survivor of domestic violence

Handles legal matters including civil, criminal, small claims, and eviction cases within the Town of LeRay.

* Collaborates effort between neighborhood citizens and the City of Rochester's four district neighborhood centers to deal with a variety of neighborhood issues; Neighborhood planning and coordination services. Police and Citizens Together Against Crimes (PAC-TAC) Program: Volunteers in the community work with an on-duty patrol officer or crime prevention officer and help prevent crime. Neighborhood Watch Programs. * Provides car seat safety inspections for residents of their district.

* Provides crisis counseling for individuals dealing with rape, sexual assault/abuse, child sexual abuse, domestic violence, sexual harassment, and human trafficking.* Offers advocacy with other agencies and individuals.* Offers accompaniment to family and criminal court proceedings for people who are involved in domestic violence hearings.* Offers accompaniment to and advocacy with hospitals, the department of social services, law enforcement, and other agencies as needed.*Offers case management services related to housing, mental health, and educational needs. *Offers support groups and referral to long-term therapy for people who have been sexually assaulted.* Raises awareness and works towards the prevention of rape, sexual assault, child sexual abuse, sexual harassment, incest, human trafficking, and domestic violence.*Offers education and presentations to schools, professional agencies, and the community on all topics related to agency services.

Offers tax counseling and representation to low-income individuals having trouble with their federal income taxes. Assists with resolving back tax debts, halting tax liens, levies, and garnishments, as well as obtain missing tax refunds.

Help accessing financial grants and insurance resources, including Be The Match grants. Connections with others who've been through transplant. Personalized support to find and join clinical trials.

* Provides therapeutic services to individuals, children, couples/partners, and families. Services include: Individual, group, family, partner, and conjoint therapy sessions. Person centered, professional therapy to those facing various life challeneges including, but no limited to: Giref/loss. Trauma. Domestic Violence. Relational conerns. Life changes and more.

* Administers building permits, planning board/zoning, leash law, curfew for youth under 17.* Coordinates services through the public works office. Sewers, water, street/sidewalk maintenance, leaf and brush collection, refuse.* Provides emergency and non-emergency services by Monroe County Sheriff's Department.* Offers a Safe place for any youth in crisis who has either ran away from home, is afraid to go home.
