Offers one-on-one HUD approved housing counseling designed to present the basics of personal finances, to help establish good credit and/or repair bad credit, to assist participants in making the transition from renter to owner or to help resolve mortgage delinquency and/or prevent foreclosure.

* Provides one-on-one financial counseling services. Counselors can assist with developing a plan to pay down debt, budgeting and saving to buy a car or home, improving credit score, accessing low-interest loans, and other financial issues. Counselors are located throughout the city at partner organization sites so clients can access a counselor in a convenient location. Calling creditors. Ongoing budget assistance. Exploring student loan options. Help developing saving habits.
