Counselors offer individual financial analysis, budget counseling, financial goals and guidance. Also offers a debt management program including lower interest rates and payments on credit cards. Bankruptcy and housing counseling are also available.

The Debt Management Program (DMP) gives participants a personalized, structured, repayment plan to address each creditors requirements. Unlike a bankruptcy or debt settlement, clients repay 100% of the original debt over several years.

Provides free civil legal services for individuals who are HIV positive or who have an HIV positive family member, including but not limited to: end of life planning, care and custody planning, child support, custody, visitation, family offenses, divorce, discrimination, bankruptcy, housing problems, and name change.

A pro se clinic in which attorneys and paralegals assist clients with a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing. The clinic's goal is to help in the preparation of the bankruptcy petition to ready clients to represent themselves in front of the bankruptcy court.

Provides individuals who may be considering bankruptcy with a basic explanation of the different chapters under which a bankruptcy case may be filed and to answer some of the most commonly asked questions about the bankruptcy process.
