Offers a wide range of licensing, records, and informational services to town residents including Freedom of Information Requests, information on public meetings/hearings, and issuance of handicapped parking passes and mooring permits.

Prepares and collects property taxes for residents of the Village of Clayton from June through October 31st.

After October 31st all paperwork goes to the Jefferson County Treasurer's Office.
