A wheelchair accessible service, C-TRAN operates a route between Elmira and Cornell with stops in Ithaca, including downtown, East Hill Plaza and two Cornell locations.The bus will pick up passengers anywhere along the route, including within the city of Ithaca, where it is safe for the bus to pull over.Passengers going from Ithaca to medical appointments in Elmira or Sayre, Pa., can transfer at C-TRAN's Transit Center to routes to their destinations.Ithaca residents can follow this procedure to reach Guthrie Medical's Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre and return to Ithaca: Board C-TRAN's Route 30 bus in front of the Tompkins County Public Library 101 E Green St, at 7:10 am OR at the bus stop at East Seneca and North Tioga Streets at 7:30 am Arrive at the Transit Center in Elmira at 8:55 am.
