Program designed to encourage and maintain healthy lifestyles in elderly residents of the Buffalo River Community by providing affordable healthy meals, facilitated physical activity, peer interaction and socialization, and health care navigation and access to support services. Program activities include congregate dining, low-impact aerobics exercise, pinochle, cards, Bingo, art classes compliments of Art Services, Inc., healthy aging education, recreational activities, day trips, and more. Transportation is provided for those in need to and from all the VCA senior programs on Tuesday through Friday.

Sponsored by NYSDOT, provides free commuter consultation to residents commuting to destinations in NY state. Help commuters with a personalized commute, ride matching services for carpools and vanpools, information on transit schedules for trains, buses, ferry, park-and-ride locations and construction updates.

Provides regularly scheduled bus service throughout the day with routes between the Elmira Transportation Center and the Corning Transportation Center as well as additional routes within the Gang Mills area (Erwin and Painted Post) and the City of Corning. On request bus service may be available. Offers curbside pickup for individuals living within 3/4 of a mile of a bus route.

Provides a hot, nutritious meal to Islip residents who are 60 years and over. Reservations must be made.

Provides alerts and communications regarding road conditions, construction areas and travel advisories, including road maintenance of all county roads, making sure they are repaired and passable. Also provides information on bus transportation and paratransit services in Putnam County, along with online Information about hours, fares, and schedules.

Provides fixed-route bus services to transport people within the limits of Kingston, including ADA Paratransit 845-334-8135) and Senior Services medical/shopping van (845-334-8120).

Provides social model adult day services, including lunch for frail elderly persons and early dementia. Bus transportation available. A nurse is available on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10am-12noon.

Social and recreational programs for older adults including lunch for special diets and transportation available.

Provides public bus transportation along fixed-routes throughout the City of Watertown. Buses are wheelchair accessible and a Paratransit bus is available for passengers who are unable to use the regular buses.

Provides seniors with a wide variety of services and activities including social events, trips, exercise classes, bingo, lunches, crafts, cards, pool, and more. Provides transportation to and from the center for seniors in Cicero at a small fee.

Operates Shuttle Service to and from Syracuse airport and Bus and Train Station. Based on a reservation. The price for one way service is $141.75, and round trip service is $283.50. This is a ride with other passengers.

Provides comprehensive youth services to all youth in Herkimer County. Offers a 7-week employmenyt opportunity during the summer for youth to gain experience at local schools, non-profits, municipalities (offices and playgrounds), local hospitals, nursing homes and county government offices.

Offers free transportation during the summer months for Herkimer Coutny youth who have employment in Old Forge and otherwise do not have transportation to and from their respective job site.

TCAT provides more than 4 million trips per year with 34 bus routes that serve urban, suburban, and rural riders across Tompkins County. TCAT's fleet includes approximately 50 low-emission diesel buses with plans to transition to an electric-battery buses over the next one to two decades. Bike racks, wheelchair lifts and wheelchair securements are available on all buses.
